Terms of Service

By using LivLuv (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, guest lists, vendor descriptions, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringing content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
- No spam or unsolicited messages to guests or vendors.
4. Vendor marketplace
Vendor pros are independent businesses. We don’t guarantee their work and are not a party to contracts between couples and vendors. Vendor listings, reviews, and lead routing are provided as-is.
5. Paid plans & billing
Paid vendor subscriptions are billed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Affiliate links
Some product links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
